Moose Christmas Lights is a service of Moose Enterprises LLC ("Moose", "we"). By booking through moosechristmas.com you agree to these terms.
We provide seasonal holiday lighting: design, installation, in-season maintenance, and January removal. All lights, cords, clips, timers and other materials we supply are rented for the season and remain the property of Moose Enterprises LLC. They are removed at takedown and are not left with, sold to, or owned by the customer at any time.
Booking online charges a deposit that reserves your installation date and covers materials for your home. The remaining balance is due on the day of installation. Prices shown by our online estimator are based on imagery and property records; the final measurement is confirmed by our crew, and any change is agreed with you before work begins.
Need to cancel or move your date? Call or text 854-213-3761 as early as you can. Deposits are applied to your rescheduled date; refunds before your install week are handled promptly.
Service is available in our listed Grand Strand and Charleston ZIP codes. We need safe access to the front of the home and working exterior outlets; we may reschedule for weather or unsafe conditions.
By providing your phone number and booking, you agree to receive service and appointment messages from us about your job (confirmations, reminders, on-the-way and follow-up messages). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help and STOP to cancel at any time. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
We are insured, and we install with roofline-safe clips — no nails or screws in your home. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the season's service.
